Willow Hoop Ltd provides lead revival and appointment booking services for businesses in the US, UK and Europe. Results may vary depending on lead quality, responsiveness, and client cooperation.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate, lawful and GDPR-compliant lead data.
Willow Hoop Ltd is not liable for inaccuracies, outdated information, or invalid contact details within client data.

3. Free Trial

The free 50-lead trial provides up to 50 contacts and aims to generate one appointment where possible. Willow Hoop Ltd does not guarantee specific outcomes beyond reasonable effort.

4. Payment & Refunds

All payments are due upfront for paid campaigns.
Refunds are not issued once a campaign has started, due to the time and resources involved.

5. Data Protection

Client lead lists are handled confidentially and only used for the agreed revival campaign. Data is never shared, sold or stored beyond the duration of the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Willow Hoop Ltd is not responsible for:

• failure of leads to convert into customers

7. Compliance

Clients must ensure the leads provided for revival are acquired legally and meet local regulations (GDPR, TCPA, UK data laws).
